Annotation

Mark it up like pencil. Erase without a trace.

Write on the score just like on a paper part, with proper engraving symbols and layers that keep every mark in its place.

  • Pencil

Fine, clean strokes right on the staff.

  • Lasso

Circle your marks and move them where they belong.

  • Shapes

Ovals, arrows and lines that stay straight.

  • Text

Cues, reminders or a quick “watch this bar”.

  • Stamps

70+ music symbols drawn with Bravura.

  • Layers

Your marks, your teacher’s and the band’s, kept separate.

Some of the stamps: fermata, accents, staccato, tenuto, marcato, dynamics from pp to ff, sforzando, trill, turn, mordent, breath mark, caesura, bowings, pedal, segno, coda, accidentals, fingering and 8va.

Performance mode

On stage, hands stay on the instrument.

Choose how the score moves and how you turn it. Every piece, and every player, has its own way.

  1. Half-page turns

Only the half you have already played turns over, so your eyes never lose their place mid-phrase.

  2. Continuous

Pages flow vertically like a scroll, and you move along at your own pace.

  3. Autoscroll

The score moves by itself, at the speed you set.

  4. Jump links

Link the D.S. to its segno or a repeat to its start. One tap and you are there.

  5. Bluetooth pedal

Pair your page-turn pedal and choose which key goes forward and which goes back.

  6. Head turns

Both hands busy? Turn your head and the page turns with you.

Practice tools

Metonik for YomiScore

The practice room, inside the score.

Metonik, our sister tuner and metronome app, sits right next to every piece. Everything you reach for while practicing, without switching apps.

Metronome

A steady pulse for every passage.

Tuner

Tune up before you come in, without closing the piece.

Recorder

Record yourself and hear how it really sounds.

Practice tracks

With markers to loop exactly that bar.

Bands and orchestras

Everyone on the same page. Literally.

Share setlists and annotation layers with your group. And when it is time to play, the director turns the page and everyone’s stand follows in real time.

  • Shared setlists

The concert order, identical on every stand.

  • Shared layers

Rehearsal markings reach every player’s part.

  • Live director

One tap from the director and the whole section turns together.

Discover

The public domain repertoire, one tap away.

Featured works, search by composer or title and a details page showing each score’s license, powered by the IMSLP and Mutopia Project catalogs.

Mutopia Project

The score lands in your library with a single tap.

IMSLP

Downloads land in your library too. Some ask for IMSLP’s anti-bot check: those open on the IMSLP website, and we respect that.

IMSLP and the Mutopia Project are independent projects, not affiliated with YomiScore.

Where will you use YomiScore?

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Something missing? Write to us at [email protected].

When will YomiScore be available?

Soon. We are polishing the last details for Android, iPhone and iPad. Join the waitlist and we will email you on launch day.

Which devices does it run on?

Android, iPhone and iPad. It is designed for tablets first, where sheet music reads best, but it works on phones too.

Do I need an account?

No. In guest mode everything stays on your device. Sign in with Google, Apple or your email and your library and marks sync with the cloud.

Does it work offline?

Yes. YomiScore is local first: you read, annotate and play without a connection, and everything syncs when you are back online. Features that depend on the network, like live director mode or the Discover catalog, need a connection.

Which pedal do I need?

A Bluetooth page-turn pedal. In YomiScore you choose which pedal key goes forward and which goes back.

Why do some IMSLP scores open on their website?

IMSLP downloads go straight into your library, except those that ask you to pass its anti-bot check (a CAPTCHA), which an app shouldn’t bypass. For those, YomiScore takes you to the work’s page on IMSLP so you can download it there. Mutopia Project scores always land in your library in a single tap.

What is Metonik?

Our sister tuner and metronome app. Inside YomiScore you will find its practice room: metronome, tuner, recorder and practice tracks with markers.

What do you do with my data?

Only what YomiScore needs to work: no ads and no selling data to anyone. It is all in the privacy policy, and you can delete your account whenever you like.
